Most design teams struggle with spatial accuracy when sketching concepts or presenting ideas to stakeholders. You end up with flat drawings that fail to communicate depth, or perspective errors that make products look distorted.
This course covers the mechanics of one-point, two-point, and three-point perspective systems. You will work through real scenarios like rendering interior spaces, product mockups, and urban environments. We focus on the grid systems, vanishing points, and horizon line placement that professional illustrators and architects rely on daily.
What the training includes
Each session breaks down a specific perspective challenge. You start with basic cube construction in one-point perspective, then move to complex forms like curved objects and staircases. We use both traditional pen-and-paper methods and digital tools like Procreate and Adobe Fresco.
The exercises are built around common business needs: packaging design, retail space planning, and technical documentation. You will learn how to eyeball perspective quickly during client meetings and how to set up accurate grids for detailed renderings.
By the end, your team can sketch convincing spatial layouts without relying entirely on 3D software. The skills transfer directly to storyboarding, UI spatial design, and presentation drawings.
